Emmanuel Kwezi Tabaro
"The Human Rights Situation in Uganda and the Great Lakes Region on the Eve of a Trump Presidency"
Emmanuel Kwezi Tabaro is a Fulbright - H. Humphrey Fellow at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Previously, he was Deputy Director of the LéO Africa Institute, managing programs in Uganda and East Africa. With over a decade of experience, Kwezi has focused on developing young leaders in public service. He is also a well-known radio talk show host in Uganda, discussing foreign affairs and domestic politics, and contributes to The Independent and The East African.
During his fellowship, Kwezi is taking courses in public policy and administration, with an emphasis on energy policy and just transition issues.
