Dean Phillips to discuss Philippine human rights and Enhance Consideration of Human Rights in Arms Exports act (HR 1801), also known as the SAFEGUARD act of 2023 (attached). Plus request for a Tom Lantos Commission hearing on the Philippines. This is in collaboration with the Philippine Study Group of Minnesota. We will discuss this at our meeting on Sunday.
