Ms. Rishfa Rasheed is a Foreign Service Officer with over 17 years of experience in the service. In that time, she has served in various roles with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its Missions abroad, as Counselor at the Maldives Mission to the UN in Geneva with a main focus on human rights, as well as Second Secretary of the Maldives High Commission in India. During her tenure at Maldives Mission to the UN in Geneva, she worked with the UN Human Rights Council and other human rights mechanisms, including UPR, CRC and CEDAW reviews of Maldives and other countries.
